J.K. Lockwood Construction Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1989 by the founder, Joe Lockwood with the philosophy of offering all clients an extraordinary level of service at a competitive price. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, J.K. Lockwood Construction has steadily grown through repeat and referral business, capable of many project delivery methods including design/build, CM at risk, fast track, select bid and the traditional negotiated contract method. Even with a projected sales volume of over $20,000,000 for 2006, we have been able to maintain that small company feel for our clients with the experience and mentality of a large company.

Our portfolio consists of a diverse project mix including retail, medical, governmental, institutional, industrial, food service and religious facilities. In addition, approximately 10% to 15% of our annual volume is made up with interior fit-up construction projects ranging from $50,000 to over $2,000,000.
